Refund Policy

At Shop Ozora, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  1. Returns (Retail)

    • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  2. Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

    • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Exceptions

    • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and gift cards.

  5. Australian Consumer Law

    • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
